Some of my favorite photographs have this seemingly magnetic attraction that demand my attention. Whether the image excites, awes, frightens, or sparks my curiosity; I simply can’t turn away from the story on the other side of the lens. The same goes for my own shots. While I hope to create moving images that stand on their own, sometimes my own excitement spills over into a medium different from photography. This is the spill-over where I get to fixate, describe, and reminisce about those special memories I find truly special.
